Diabetes Education
We all can benefit from knowing a bit more about our condition, so if Diabetes UK produces anything that might be of interest or guest speakers we have had on give links to information on their topics we will use this page to keep you informed.
GCSE information
Diabetes UK have produced a very easy to read guide for GCSE students on 'What is diabetes.'. The guide is so good that it could be useful to anyone with diabetes or their friends and family so we've posted a link here and recommend you use it if you want to know a little bit more.
Green Sheet
Do you attend an outpatients clinic in the Ulster, Bangor or Ards Hospital? If you do you may have got your 'green sheet' following your attendance.
The 'green sheet' details your most recent results from various blood & urine samples given at clinics and charts them against targets. Some of the abbrevaitions can be difficult to understand, so to combat this the South Eastern Trust have developed a webpage where you can get help in understanding your 'green sheet'
Please use this link to access their page and hopefully provide you with answers to your questions.
